Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for delivery and an extra 1-2 days (approximately) for locations outside of metropolitan areas and approximately 5 days for WA and TAS.
Deliveries are not made on weekends.

If your delivery is delayed please contact Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry via this link. Unfortunately, shipping delays may occur within the Australia Post network, particularly during the busy Christmas period. Please note that we are unable to compensate for any delayed services.
Free shipping is not currently available on orders, including exchange orders.
We ship with Australia Post. A flat rate of $10 Australia-wide OR $15 Express Post. Please select shipping preference at checkout.
We ship with Australia Post eParcel Express – $25 Flat Rate.
South Pacific (Fiji, French Polynesia (Tahiti), The Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea)
We ship with Australia Post eParcel Express – $35 Flat Rate.
A daytime delivery address and valid mobile number must be provided on all international orders, since all parcels require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched as well as a mobile SMS with tracking information to aid you in the management of your delivery.
We can not ship to a PO box address for international orders.
Duties & Taxes
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. We have no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country.

All orders sent by Salt Water Sandals Australia are sent via Australia Post Regular Post or Australia Post Express Post.
If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will track it for you. There are additional charges for a tracking service in Australia and insurance. Salt Water Sandals will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved to be lost in transit by our delivery company.
