Shipping Information
We deliver to Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
We aim to have your order on its way within three business days. During busy times – like promotion periods or the festive season – dispatch may take up to seven business days.
If you’ve chosen Express Shipping, please note this covers Australia Post Express delivery service – it does not expedite the dispatch of your order from our warehouse.

You can check expected delivery timeframes via Australia Post. Deliveries aren’t made on weekends.
Before checking out, please make sure your delivery details are correct.
Please note: We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.
If your parcel is delayed you can contact Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry using their online form. While we do our best to send your order promptly, delays within the postal network can occur – especially during Christmas – and we’re unable to compensate for late deliveries.
We currently offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $200. Free shipping is not available during promotions.
Please note that customers cover the cost of return and exchange shipping.

We ship via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate Australia-wide
Express Shipping: $15 flat rate.

New Zealand
We ship via Australia Post eParcel Express: $25 Flat Rate.
South Pacific
(Fiji, French Polynesia (Tahiti), The Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea)
We ship via Australia Post eParcel Express – $35 Flat Rate.
A daytime delivery address and valid mobile number must be provided for all international orders, as parcels require a signature on delivery.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, along with an SMS notification from Australia Post to help you manage your delivery.
Please note: we cannot ship to PO boxes for international orders.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes set by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
We have no control over Customs processing times or duty rates, as they vary by country.

Misplaced Orders
All orders are sent through Australia Post Regular Post or Australia Post Express Post.
If your parcel doesn't arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we’ll investigate it for you.
Salt Water Sandals Australia will only replace orders proven to be lost in transit by Australia Post.
