For items purchased from one of our stockists please contact the store.

How to make an exchange 

Please purchase the correct pair of sandals you would like from our website and then follow the above return process to return the unwanted purchase. Alternatively we can process the exchange via the returns portal, simply select store credit and what you would like to exchange for. 

We do not refund shipping cost for refunds or exchanges.

Full priced items are refundable within 30 days of purchase with an extended 45 day window for all items purchased in December. Shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please make sure you check the sizing information thoroughly before placing your order as Salt Water/Sun-San sizes are unconventional. You can read more about Salt Water/Sun-San sizing here.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, this includes the box and inner packaging. Please make sure you try on your shoes on a carpeted area. We will not accept returned shoes that are marked on the sole. The condition of the product is left to the discretion of Salt Water Sandals Australia and we reserve the right to refuse or charge a restocking fee.

Sale and final sale items are non-refundable and may not be returned.  Exchanges apply on some reduced items, please see coupon / sale terms and conditions for details or contact us for verification.
